We will normally ship within two days of receiving a confirmed order. If we are temporally out of a particular item we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of the delay in shipping. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. A delivery address, other than that shown as the cardholders address, may require further verification by Justine Cosmetics NZ Ltd . All orders are sent by New Zealand Post using "track and trace" facilities.

• Auckland deliveries - NZ $5.50 + GST per package
• North Island deliveries - NZ $10.50 + GST per package
• Inter-Island deliveries - NZ $21.50 + GST per package
• International Shipping - quote given after order

International Customs & Import Duties Justine Cosmetics NZ Ltd is not responsible for import tax, duties or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand

Returns

Justine Cosmetics NZ Ltd takes pride in our products and services, quality and excellent value. We will however accept returns for exchange (for a credit, but not for refund) provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. This should be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. The cost of return freight both ways is the customer's responsibility.

The exception is if the product received by the purchaser has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault. Before returning items we require you to contact us to discuss the details. After receiving the returned goods, Justine Cosmetics NZ Ltd will promptly forward a replacement and reimburse all mail costs.
